Are you willing to go out and buy a new flat screen and require some money fast

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

It doesn’t matter if you live in Logan Utah or in Bellingham Washington a beneficial online investigation will salvage you often lots of ail. Investigate to see if the moneylender who you a loan is trustworthy.

You should be promising today to analyze if you have a great deal or if you don’t with the bank that offers you a credit loan. Now you can inquire interest rates quickly and figure if there are possible traps you should know about. A merchant bank in Marion Ohio or so can have a total completely different actual rate for a 5000 dollar bank loan then a bank in Fairfield Ohio and that makes a vast clear gap in your yearly pay offs. now you really need to check up on and meet if you can have a bank loan at a safe percent rate of interest. Lots of of the moneylenders wil show you a loan rate that looks bonny but feels badly or so after some time. 11.3 percent interest rate may appear so just but will that be changeless after you have to retort your loan.

DON’T INSIST ON WHAT YOU LIKE BUT INSIST ON WHAT OTHER’S LIKE

The reason why people put up a business is because they think they have a great idea which they thought would sell. However, what they do not know is that it is often times much better to research on what others deemed as a good idea before starting off with a business. Putting up a business without any background onto what your targeted market wants may cause your business to end before it can really begin. Another thing, its not really easy creating a need for your created product especially if it does not ranked with the basic needs. Aside from that, it’s going to be a taxing endeavor trying to educate every customer that you have on why they have to buy your products and why they have to buy it from you.

There ought to be a need or a service that must require your product in order for your customers to view your products as well as services as important to them because if they can’t think of anything in which to apply your product or your services that simply goes to show that your product or your idea is simply a waste of time and effort.

However, there are some remedies that you can still do. Find out what’s the latest need or the most commonly purchased products and the usual sought after services of your targeted market. Know what your target market perceived to be their greatest problem as well as their greatest goals they hope to achieve. If you don’t know where to turn just ask the people you work for as well as the other businesses that you know or you can get your hands on a couple of trade books or special interest publications and then have a self study in order for you to know the basic issues in your targeted market. You can use the result as your basis in putting up your business.

And when you already have a vivid picture of what your target market wants, then that is the time for you to conceptualize on how you are going to render your services and your products as a means of solution to the various needs of your targeted market. Likewise, all your marketing tools must be designed in such a way that shows how your products and services can actually help them in all their problems. And if ever a customer has a need and it turned out that you can actually help them then your business have a much better chance of generating a sale and also of getting known. When this happen there would be more chances for you to uncover all sorts of business issues related to yours that need to be addressed. And since your business is already on the market scene, building rapport and trust of course more customers will turn to you for all their needs.

Newbies Guide to Writing and Submitting Ezine Articles

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

How many times have you read the following? If you want to expand your home based business and build an online reputation then all you need to do is write and submit ezine articles. Sounds simple. However I found the task very daunting. So I will share with you what I have learned.

Research and Plan

Firstly you need to write the articles. Write on a topic you know something about. Some ideas you have learned building your Internet business, something related to your business opportunity or a hobby or investment opportunity you have. Ensure it is interesting and informative and not just an advertisement for your home business. The most popular articles are between 300 -750 words. To find your word count, go to “tools” in the Windows menu. There is an automatic word count tab there. Some ezines want articles to contain 65 characters a line. Here is a formatting tool for free conversion to the number of characters you want. I do not pay for any listings, nor do I charge for my articles.

Here are some tips from Ezinearticles.com on writing good articles. “The first 4 words of the title are crucial to its success. The introduction can be the first paragraph. Make sure the article is keyword rich and reflects the theme of your home based business. Never put the title in the body. Never use more than 3 web addresses and they should all be different. Print a copy, proof read it, and then ask someone else to read it. Your article should look professional, with no spelling mistakes or vague sentences.

Submitting

When you are satisfied with your article start submitting it to ezines and ezine directories. Look for ezines designed for work at home people, or whatever your article is related to. It is often more time efficient to write a few articles and submit them all together. It is time consuming to manually submit. Some can be submitted thru the website others want email attachments. Some ezines want to you to subscribe, before you can submit articles. Establish an email address just for ezines. Consider an address that matches your business, for example if you sell weight loss products use something like loseweight@yourprovider.com Once you start submitting articles you will receive a lot of spam. However you need to read through it, as sometimes there is a request to reuse an article or a request for more articles and sometimes compliments.

Some people use different URL’s for every ezine they submit to. I have not done this as once they are out in cyberspace articles can be picked up by anyone. So you really do not know where the traffic is coming from. This is the beauty of the Internet. Good articles are used over and over by many ezine owners.

It is imperative to include a ‘resource box’ or ’signature file’ at the end of your article. This is your opportunity to describe your business in a few lines and include your URL.

Do some searches for ezine directories. Here are some addresses to get you started. I cannot guarantee they are all still current.

How To Boost Your Sales Dramatically Using Dynamic Back-end Strategies

Monday, December 29th, 2008

Getting a customer is not easy.

Getting a visitor to decide that he or she wants to buy the product or service you’re offering, getting out their credit card and giving you their hard-earned money is not a piece of cake.

Most visitor’s to your Internet site, 97 – 99% of them if you’re lucky, will not buy your product. They turn away from your site, your offer…and they will probably never return. In other words – if you work hard, if you use the right techniques and if you’re talented maybe you’ll get 1 – 3 % of the people who visit your site to buy. But it’s not easy.

First you need to make sure you actually get enough visitors to your site. And if you use paid advertising, like pay-per-click search engines – this will cost you money. If you plan on getting visitors for free, this will take you time.

You need to make sure that your visitor is persuaded to buy. And if he or she won’t buy the very first time they visit your site, you need to get them to come back again later.

Getting a customer – a “first-time” customer – takes a bit of effort.

But the efforts are worth it. Because once you have that customer, he will be a valuable asset.. Your customer will become your main income source. Why? Because your already existing customers are much more likely to buy from you again and again.

By calling this “customer life-time value”, you’re putting a name to it. And a value. How much will your average customer buy from you over the next 10-15 years? Customer lifetime value. The online businesses that make the most money are the ones that know how to use their existing customer base to maximize profits.

I guess the old saying that you need to take care of your customer, is particularly true on the Internet.

I’ll give you an example.

A guy called John runs a site where he sells a product for $ 100. He gets a small amount of visitors – 100 visitors a day; that’s 3000 visitors a month. He manages to sell to 1% of his visitors, which means he sells for $ 3,000 a month. He gets 30 new customers a month.

After a year he’s earned $ 36,000 from his 360 customers.

His friend Neal runs a site, too. He gets 100 visitors a day and sells a product that costs $ 100 and manages to sell to 1% of his customers. 30 new customers a month; 360 customers a year. What a coincidence, right? Anyway, Neal has got a really nice product. A product people love. He also offers great customer service. Neal’s customers like him very much.

They wouldn’t mind buying from him again.

After his first 12 months online, Neal sends all his 360 customers an email offering a second product. A so-called back-end product.

This doesn’t take him long. After all, it’s just ONE email.

The second product is a little more expensive, it costs $ 300, but it is a product that his customers really need. A product they want. (He knows this because he asked them in a survey what product they would be interested in; what products they really needed.)

Since Neal is a great guy offering great products and excellent customer service, as many 30 % of his customers buy the second product. That’s 108 people.

Now here’s the interesting bit. The second product costs $ 300, which means that Neal has an additional yearly income of $ 32,400!

Look at the figures! Neal has doubled his yearly income just by selling a second product to 30 % of his customers. He hasn’t had to go to great lengths to get new customers, but he’s using his existing customers to double his profits!

John makes $ 30,000 a year, Neal makes $ 62,400.

And the one and only difference is that Neal sends out one extra email!

Neal still only gets 100 visitors a day. He still only gets 1% of them to buy his first product, but he offers them all a second, back-end product. He maximizes the profit potential of his customer base.

Strategies like “back-end offers” and concepts like “lifetime value” shifts the focus from the short sighted “take the money and run” strategy that is so much in use on the internet today. You’ve seen these sites all over. They only focus on getting a massive amount of traffic and then selling visitors an overpriced product that doesn’t deliver what is promised.

Customers feel fooled. Why would they ever want to buy from this salesman again?

The more successful sites focus on building a strong relationship with their customers. And your main goal shouldn’t be to make sure your customers are satisfied…you want them to be extremely satisfied. If you deliver the goods, your customers will trust you more. And if you have their trust, you can sell them anything.

Here are a just few pointers of how you can establish a great relationship with your customers:

1. Delivering a great product

Give your customers exactly what they want. And then some more. One of the best ways to get people to buy from you again and again is to only sell high quality products. If you ever consider selling a crap, overpriced product, ask yourself why you’d want to loose all that future income from your customers.

2. Responding quickly

When you run an online business, you’ll get a lot of email. People will ask you about all kinds of things, and they will expect answers immediately. Set up autoresponders to make sure they get a pre-written email the minute they send you one. Tell them that you’ve gotten their email and that you will read it within the next 24 hours. And make sure you do. When you’ve read it, always reply to them, even if you can’t answer their questions.

3. Taking care of customers after purchase

Too many online businesses forget about their customers once they’ve bought the product. And if they take the time to write to them again, it’s only because they’re trying to push another product. Don’t get me wrong, you want to push that second product, but consider at least pretending that you care about how your customer is doing. Sending an email doesn’t cost a penny. Why not send more emails where you’re not trying to sell them anything. In the long run, this strategy will make you sell more! Ask how they’re getting on with their product, give them tips, give them a free gift, congratulate them on their birthday etc. Care more, and you’ll sell more.

The bottom line? Think long-term. Realize that your existing customers will buy from you again and again if you just let them. Let them.

IT Sales: It’s All About Relationships

Sunday, December 28th, 2008

Developing the bond and the relationship with your clients is very important. In this article, you’ll learn how your relationships are your assets with IT sales. It’s not about the size of your customer list necessarily. It’s not even about the revenue. It’s about the longevity and the long-term relationships you build with your customers.

When you’re talking about your ideal clients, the lifetime value could be well in the six-figure range, so it’s well worth your time to really get to know the owners and the partners of the companies you want to work with. The time you invest in this relationship-building is well worth it in the long run.

IT Sales: Managing Customer Expectations

If you handle sales initially, you don’t have to worry that the salesperson you’re sending there will change a couple of times a year and you’re starting all over again. Receivable experts often report how salespeople often grossly misrepresent the capabilities of an organization just to get the signed deal. And of course that comes back to bite you much later because you have a huge problem with managing expectations. Building a personal relationship with your customers at the beginning of the IT sales process prevents this.

Personally Train your IT Sales Staff

Typically, most of the consultants that we work with get very actively involved in generating the leads and closing the sales in the early stages of growing their consulting and their services business. Once this becomes more routine, once you have five or 10 really good solid clients on your roster that are generating together anywhere $5,000 to $15,000 a month in services, then it may be time to start having someone tag along with you to some of these IT sales calls. Only at this point should you consider delegating it. It’s time-consuming, but it’s a really important part of the future of your business with IT services

How To Know What Is Selling On Ebay

Sunday, December 28th, 2008

Ebay auctions can be easy to start but hard to finish with a winning bidder. If you use auctions, you have to know what is popular, otherwise you are going to have lots of closed auctions with high fees and no profit.

Ebay success depends on research. You can start your research offline by searching the newspaper for advertisements. Basically the advertisements which you see on the cover of most of the newspapers are going to be for what most people are buying on Ebay. You are going to want to promote whatever these ads are promoting.

Most of the new music and movies which are released on Tuesdays are going to be great sellers on Ebay.

Another way to know what is popular on Ebay is to go the Seller Central area on Ebay website. This area tells you what is popular based on what you are selling and what Ebay is currently promoting on its website’s home page. You can just buy some of these items and put them up for sale.

Andale.com offer a great service but it is not free. For a small monthly payment, this service will tell you what is hot for any given day ordered from the most popular to the least popular. Not only that, it will tell you what day to start your auction, how many days to run it for, what price to start your bidding at, and what is the best day for buy it now auctions. They offer charts and stats to help you too.

You can go a bit further into the research by trying another service called Word Tracker available at wordtracker.com. This tells you what the most popular search term on the internet is on different search engines. When you find a popular search term on a search engine like Yahoo or Google you can request that your term be submitted free, but it can take a while. You should do that if you have an Ebay store.

If you have an auction running and you find a popular search term based on your item, just use a pay per click (PPC) service for the search engine you want to use. Overture is the PPC for Yahoo and Adwords is for Google’s PPC. Each of these services allow you to bid a certain amount for a term, and when someone clicks on your term, you are charged that amount. Only use a few keywords when you start using a pay per click service, then you can add more later.

Using these tips and services you should become very successful on Ebay but remember to research before you put something on Ebay to sell.

Satellite Internet Services

Saturday, December 27th, 2008

Internet services enable communication between individuals in the form of sharing information, both text and graphics, and entertainment at a speed. Improved technologies increased the speed by using parallel medium like cable and wireless networks. Satellite Internet technology enabled communication to reach remote locations that were unreachable through other technologies at almost the same speed.

Satellite Internet services are of two types. One-way service uses DVB-IP (Digital Video Broadcast- Internet Protocol), which is only for inbound connectivity. IP multicast protocol enables one-to-many-point communication. This is similar to push technologies like TV and radio where the contents are pushed to the users with little interactivity. Hence, one way service is ideally suited for webpage viewing. The downlink speed is at least 500 kbps.

Two-way services provide complete broadband services to the users. Two-way service enables high-speed access for both download and upload. The upload speed will always be slower than the download speed. This platform is ideal for SOHOs and small and medium enterprises. Satellite Internet technology provides mobile applications that can be mounted on trucks and ships.

Satellite Internet doesn’t allow faster access to Virtual Private Networks, as satellite Internet technology can’t decrypt packet header of data. Besides emails and web surfing, satellite Internet allows for voice over IP, a service very valuable in remote and mobile locations. In large enterprises, failure of standard broadband access such as cable and DSL could mean financial losses. Hence, satellite Internet acts as a business continuity mechanism.

The level of satellite services depend upon the plan provided by the service providers. The scaling up of uploading speed will result in many new services. Latency is a severe constraint in the adoption of this technology.

Satellite Internet provides detailed information on Satellite Internet, Satellite Internet Services, Satellite Internet Access, Satellite Internet Providers and more. Satellite Internet is affiliated with High Speed Internet Services.

Top Ten Ways to Format and Leverage your Article’s Success – Part 1

Friday, December 26th, 2008

You want your business to be noticed by thousands daily. Online ezine publishers and webmasters are constantly looking for new, original content. They want and need your articles. This is a promotion marriage made in heaven. But you will have a much better chance of being chosen if you write an article that solves a problem for your audience. Give each article an angle.

Let’s assume they are business people like yourself who need a problem solved–to stop procrastinating, write a book, promote their business, develop a loving relationship.

What Format Suits You?

1. Write a how-to-article.

Information hungry people want this one! First, open with a hook–something that will entice your reader to keep reading. Then, write a short introduction on the background of the problem and the need for your solutions. Follow with solutions in a new paragraph. You can number these if you wish.

Don’t worry about giving away the store. Readers will judge you by your concise style and content, and will be attracted to see what else you offer.

Make a list of topics you know or that relate to your business. Take one at a time and write a short piece on it. You can write a short article under 500 words or a longer one if you desire.

For solutions to the problem, give information and resources that will assist your audience. Here’s some sample article titles from my clients: How to Procrastinate to Your Heart’s Desires; How to Create Employees Who Can Hardly Wait to Get to Work Each Day; and Promote your Coaching and Speaking Business Through Free Articles.

2. Write tips.

This kind of article takes the shortest time to write and is also the easiest format. Even if you think you can’t write, you can write this kind of article.

Always include an introduction with your thesis–the point you want to prove, or the problem you are about to solve. Usually one or two sentences are enough. Include a one or two sentence conclusion in which you add one more punchy way to stimulate your reader to act. Remember to include your power-packed signature file below each article or tip.

To write a tip:

1. Start with a command such as ” Do this.”

2. Follow that by the consequence of not following the tip. Or, show a benefit of following the tip.

3. Show examples or resources to solve a problem and put the tip into action.

Write an article with 3, 5, 7 or 10 tips in it. It’s best to give a complete tip as listed above rather than just a list. Don’t bore people with a long list.

Article Coaching Client examples: “Seven Mistakes People Make When they Create a Web Site” or “10 Ways to Organize your Online Office.”

3. Write a myth and solutions article.

This kind of article is one of my favorites because myths abound in book publishing and Online promotion. These keep authors from expressing their brilliance. Emerging authors think that traditional publishers will actually promote them. How about this myth? “Bookstores are a great place to sell books” or “you need an agent or publisher to write and publish a well-respected book,” “you need the print media to publicize your products or service,” or “you need $5000-$10,000 to self publish.

In one myth article accepted by an ezine sent to over 29,000 subscribers, the book coach then shares the real truth and what aspiring writers can do about it to succeed.

4. Write an interview.

Choose a credible expert or dynamic online personality to interview, and offer not only how-to-solutions, but allow the public to see the personal side of the person. I have participated in several of these. It’s a great way to be seen by thousands of people Online each time the article runs. Interviews are usually done in question and answer format over email. Always use specific questions to get more interesting answers. You can also recycle this information for more content on your Web site or in your own ezine.

5. Write your success story.

Author Debbie Allen asked me to write my online marketing success story for her new book. I shared this: Two friends dragged me to the Web–one insisted I set up a Web sitethe other introduced me to the concept of coaching via telephone, and using email such as an online newsletter to draw new clients and stay in touch with other ones.

Curious and willing, I spent time expanding my teleseminar and ebook business Online. Learning from information articles, I wrote nine new books to help others succeed on Online and never looked back.

My second Web site’s sales jumped from $75 to $2265 in just five months. In eight months, sales soared to $3000 plus. Just checking in 2004, sales are up to over $4000. Consistent sales each month make up over 1/2 my income.

I thought, I need to share this gold with others! And, so a success story is born and shared with anywhere from 1000 to 500,000 ezine readers in cyberspace each time they read this article. It’s also included in Debbie’s print book “Brazen Online Promoters” published in 2002, 2004. She used three of my articles.

You have ideas for your article format. Now choose an outstanding title and include the largest benefit to solving a challenge in the title. No matter who your article is aimed at, it is well on its way to being a top Online and offline promotion method for your business. Part two of this article is available at www.bookcoaching.com/freearticles/article-87.shtml.

Bodybuilding and Exercise – The Ten Commandments in Making of a Champion!

Thursday, December 25th, 2008

1. Fill your life up with different hobbies! – Bodybuilding Champions realize
working out is not everything there is in life. Your life does not center on the gym.
Experience other activities. Get a hobby; join a group; do outdoor activities in order
to stay mentally strong. One day you will realize, your identity is not built on the
sport of bodybuilding.

2. Leave your ego at the door! – Bodybuilding Champions focus on the process
and not on themselves. Your life should not center on you and you alone. True
Champions in any sport know that it is what the sport gives to your heart that
matters most, not the image you want to project.

3. Never forget where you come from! – Bodybuilding Champions never forget
what the sport has taught them, where they have been or who has helped them
along the way. Bodybuilding and life share the same principles: what you gain inside
is more valuable than anything physical.

4. More is not better! – Bodybuilding Champions work smarter not harder.
Efficiency and knowledge is the key to becoming a true champion. Less effort and
more results usually work best. Be smart in your training and practice a little
common sense when needing to rest.

5. Get a mentor- Bodybuilding Champions are never afraid to ask for help.
Champs know that knowledge is power. Learn from others, never be afraid of
change, and champion yourself after as many people as you can.

6. Feed the Spirit! Bodybuilding Champions understand the mind is their biggest
competitor and the heart is their biggest asset. If you kill your spirit or passion for
the sport, you have lost the main purpose for your efforts.

7. Pay your dues and do not cheat by taking steroids – Bodybuilding Champions
SHOULD do it the right way, without drugs! You can never replace hard work, and
hard work always pays off. Others may not know you are cheating, but at the end of
the day you do. What matters most to you?

8. Teach others what you have learned – Bodybuilding Champions help others
gain knowledge. The best champions are those who share the wealth, teach others
and inspire hearts. Your success is only as strong as your ability to share what you
have learned.

9. Be honest in all you do – Bodybuilding Champions know when to stop. No
matter how difficult it may be on the ego, always be true to self and to others.
Denying reality robs the heart of the happiness of life. Champions compete in their
sport for the love of game, not for the chance to defy the odds of life.

10. Be you and no one else- Bodybuilding Champions do not pretend to be
someone they are not. Hiding behind your exterior is the surest way to a lonely,
unhappy life. True champions have no needs to pretend. GREATNESS NEEDS NO
EXPLANATION!

Trendy and Cute

Thursday, December 25th, 2008

Today’s pets have somehow become as trendy as the new generation. You can see dogs on the streets with colorful clothes or sneakers. The female pets, dogs and cats sometimes run around with their hair or should I say fur, tied with a cute little ribbon that would usually match the little dresses they wear.

Some of the more concerned owners who think that cotton or any kind of cloth may irritate their pets in the long run still do try to keep trendy with personalized leashes or dog tags. It just seems so adorable when you have your dog running around with a name on him; aside from the fact that it is trendy, it somehow distinguishes him from other animals giving him the privilege of ownership. Cats are also wearing tags nowadays.

It seems that people have found a fun and creative way to actually make the ownership of a pet worthwhile. Since a lot of people consider their pets as part of the family, dressing them just seems to be a great thing to do; it gives them a feeling of belongingness.

Aside from dressing a pet up, there are a lot of other things that would make a pet more personalized like giving it a dish with his name on it or perhaps have it sleep on a pillow with his name engraved on it. T hen there are towels, combs and lots of other stuff used in pet grooming that can be personalized and would make a great addition to a pets’ property. Having all these stuff just makes having a pet more adorable and fun.
